One project at a time
We sign one contract and finish it before we start the next. Your garden is not one of fifteen running at once, and the crew is never being moved between sites.

Run by a civil engineer
The person checking the excavation, the pool shell and the structure is the person who owns the company. That supervision is not outsourced.

Approvals handled for you
Developer NOCs and authority permits are part of the job, not something handed back to you halfway through. We prepare the drawings, submit them and manage the process.

Plumbing and electrical in-house
Our own team does the pool plumbing, irrigation and garden lighting. Nothing waits on a subcontractor’s schedule, and one company is responsible if anything needs adjusting.

Direct access to the owner
You deal with the owner throughout, not an account manager. He answers the phone, walks the site with you and makes decisions on the spot.
