Everything on site is run by Cactus: the excavation, the pool shell, the plumbing and electrical, the stone, the planting and the handover, with the engineer who owns the company there through all of it. When it is finished, the pool structure carries a 10-year warranty.

Our own plumbers and electricians
Pool plumbing, irrigation and garden lighting are installed by Cactus employees who are on site from the first trench. There is no second company to schedule, and no gap between the civil work and the wiring.

Structure signed off by an engineer
The owner is a civil engineer and he checks the structural work himself: excavation, the pool shell, footings and levels. Problems are caught while the concrete is still wet, not after.

Permits in hand before the first truck arrives
We prepare the shop drawings, submit them to the developer and the authority, and manage the NOC until it is issued. Work does not start until the permits are through, and you are never the one chasing them.

The crew stays until it is finished
We take one contract at a time, three to four months from mobilization to handover. The same people are on your site every day, and nobody is pulled away to start the next job.
Process
Seven stages, in the order they happen
Five of the seven happen before anyone digs. That is deliberate: the approvals and the planning are what keep the time on site to three or four months.
Shop Drawing
The approved design is turned into construction drawings: dimensions, levels, structure and services, prepared to the standard the authorities require.
Developer Approval
The drawings go to your community developer first. Most Dubai communities require a no-objection certificate before any external work begins.
Authority Approval
Then to the relevant authority for the building, pool and electrical permits. We submit, follow up and collect them.
Gate Pass
Community security clears our crew, vehicles and deliveries before we arrive. Nothing turns up at your gate unannounced.
Mobilisation
The site is protected, your walls and boundary covered, the crew’s facilities set up, and the schedule fixed. Then the first truck arrives.
Construction
Three to four months on site, in a fixed order, with the engineer checking each stage before the next one covers it up.
