Every project starts on paper. Before a single decision is made on site, the whole garden is drawn, rendered in 3D by day and by night, and approved by you. The design decides what the garden becomes. Construction only has to follow it.

The design is a complete package. Each of the five is something you can review, approve and build from, whether you build with us or not.
Sketch Layouts
Two concept layouts for the whole plot, showing where the pool, seating, pergola, planting and pathways go. You choose one.
Budget Estimation
An early construction estimate against the chosen layout, so the design is developed to a budget rather than costed afterwards.
Mood Board
The style, colors and principal materials of the garden, agreed upon before anything is modeled in 3D.
3D Design
Fifteen rendered views of the finished garden by day, and fifteen by night once the lighting is designed.
End Process
A final review of every drawing, render and plant list with you, then the complete package handed over ready for construction.

Five phases, each approved before the next
Each phase ends with your approval, and the next does not begin until you have given it. Two rounds of revisions are included along the way.

Concept Design & Space Planning (2D)
The plot is planned in 2D: where the pool sits, where you eat, where the shade falls. You choose a layout and it becomes the basis for everything after.

3D Landscape Design
The chosen layout is modeled in 3D, including your villa, so every view is from your own windows and terraces. Materials and finishes are decided here.

Planting Design
Every plant is chosen for the Dubai climate and for the design, with sizes and quantities fixed. The list is exactly what gets ordered.

Landscape Lighting Design
The lighting is laid out fixture by fixture: what is lit, what is left dark, and how the garden works after sunset.

Night-Time Visualization
The approved lighting is rendered so you see the garden after dark before it is built. This is the garden as you will see it most evenings.
